IF YOU AREN’T FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE’RE HERE TO HELP.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
We have a 7 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days to raise a request from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it with all tags and labels Attached. Your item must be in its original packaging.
  • You can place a return/exchange request by mailing us at themalethread297@gmail.com
  • Your request will be processed within 2-3 working details.


REFUNDS
Store credit of an equal amount is issued which can be used in future purchases from the brand website. This credit is available for 1 whole year.

  • In any other case if there is a problem from our side in exchange or not availability of product that in case the refund will be initiated in your bank account. We need following details:- Name, account number, IFSC code, Bank name, and Branch name to proceed the refund.
  • All refunds are processed within 14 days of successful reverse pickup.


SALES ITEMS AND CUSTOMIZATIONS

  • We only offer exchange in sizes for items bought in sale.
  • Customized and altered products are ineligible for return/exchange.


WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, if you have received a damaged product, please Notify us at themalethread297@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving the order. Please write to themalethread297@gmail.com with the subject: RETURNS.

Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be Accepted.
